How we work together

By using our services, you agree to the following terms. We believe in full transparency.

👕 Laundry & Wash Services

  • All laundry is charged by weight (per kg). Minimum order may apply.
  • Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Express service (6H) available at a premium rate.
  • Washify is not liable for pre-existing damage, colour fading due to fabric quality, or shrinkage of low-quality fabrics.
  • Uncollected items beyond 30 days may be disposed of after prior notice.

🥻 Dry Cleaning Services

  • Dry cleaning is charged per item. Prices as listed; no hidden fees.
  • All delicate garments (silks, lehengas, sherwanis) must be declared at pickup.
  • Washify is not responsible for damage to garments with undisclosed embellishments, sequins, or fragile embroidery.
  • Heavily stained garments may require additional treatment at extra cost, confirmed before processing.
  • Leather items are cleaned at owner's risk; results may vary based on leather type and age.

🚚 Pickup & Delivery

  • Free pickup and delivery within our serviceable areas in Bangalore.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or high order volume.
  • Customer must be available at the scheduled time. Missed pickups can be rescheduled at no charge.
  • Washify is not responsible for delays caused by natural events, bandhs, or public holidays.
  • All items are counted and acknowledged at the time of pickup. Customer must verify the count.

💳 Payments

  • Payments accepted via cash, UPI, and online transfer. Invoices provided on request.
  • Any claims or complaints must be reported within 26 hours of delivery for consideration.
  • Washify reserves the right to refuse service in cases of abusive conduct toward staff.

🔒 Privacy & Data

  • Customer contact details collected at pickup are used solely for service delivery and communication.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving order updates via SMS or WhatsApp.
  • You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by contacting us.

⚖️ Liability & General

  • Maximum liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to 10× the service cost of that item.
  • Washify is not liable for items left in pockets (cash, valuables, documents). Please check before handover.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
  • Washify reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
